Halfway through this narcissism story and my god. It's just so taxing to get into the mindset of someone like this. Nightmarish. My own disgust, pity and dismissal towards these folks is also playing a role in it when it should not. Interesting phenomena. Aaaah..this is why I love children's stories lol.
