It's so easy to waste time on insta sheesh. Woke up super early, had an hour to kill before getting ready and boom! Hour is donezo. Crazy. Looks to be a sunny day so imma have to slather on the sunscreen. I'm always afraid of the sun. ☀️

Oof. This one coach is such a waste ya. Chi. Only chatted and made us serve. 😩. I'm not even tired, remotely. Just feels icky cuz sun and sand lol. Ugh. Should go for a run. Really have to do more of these start stop drills ngl. Direction change running is so different than just going in a singular one.
