Getting my mixer fixed is such a mundane task I had completely forgotten what going to a repair shop feels like. How fun man. Part of the fun in electrical engineering was actually circuit design and devices. It's nice when stuff works and gears go around smooth. Pottering about all this now seems like a good retirement plan tbh.
